Consumers

Searching and comparing prices on ClearProviders is free. We never charge consumers, and we do not take payment for care. When you book, you pay the provider directly, under the provider's own payment and refund terms.

Employers (ClearProviders Direct)

Employers in ClearProviders Direct are billed for approved claims and the program fee under their written agreement with Kitzer, LLC. Statements list each charge before it is debited.

Providers

Claiming and managing a provider page is free. Providers who join ClearProviders Direct are paid under their participation agreement, which sets out payment timing and adjustments.

Disputes and refunds

If you believe a charge from Kitzer, LLC is wrong, email [email protected] with the statement or invoice details. We reply within two business days and correct or refund confirmed errors under the applicable agreement.
